Order & Refund

A return must be requested within 14 working days of receiving your order. Please send me an e-mail to hi@tanja-hildebrandt.com to authorize your return which must be received within 14 days after your order has been received to remain valid.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in its original packaging! Also please make sure to package them well so shipping will not hurt them!

Products that do not meet this criteria or are send back at a later point or you have purchased a digital product are non-returnable and won’t get refunded. As I want to keep the CO2 Footprint as low as possible, please think about if you want to keep your product. The buyers is responsible for return shipping costs and is advised to return products via a tracked method because lost returns will not be refunded.

If you are not happy with the quality of the product or you ordered the wrong product you can request a return through hi@tanja-hildebrandt.com. As I want to keep the CO2 Footprint as low as possible, please think about it twice if you want to keep your product or you want to request a return. Orders returned without contacting me may be exempt from receiving a refund. After you have received a confirmation email, please return your order to:

Once your return has been received and checked, I will send an email to inform you if a refund is eligible. If approved, credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.

If you requested to exchange an item for one of the same value, your new order will be dispatched as soon as your return has been received, inspected, and postage costs paid. 
If the exchange item is of a higher value, you will be expected to pay the difference before the new item is dispatched; you will receive instructions on how to do this via email.

In case a wrong product has been send out to you — please get in touch immediately!

Every order with a shipping fee starting from 8 Euro is send out with a tracking ID
(which will be Provided upon request). Lost envelopes and orders are extremely rare! Occasionally some orders take longer to be processed through customs and arrive later than expected.

In case your envelope is not arriving in time please check in with your local post office and neighbours first! Message me any time for your Tracking ID!
